I have been using Chi Hair Imports' Lavish shampoo, the lengthen conditioner and the intense hydrating mask for about a year. They have been able to keep my hair very healthy and continuing to grow. I have also noticed that I have less dandruff and less of an itchy scale because of these products. Less

So sad to be writing this review but I feel like it is well deserved. My first time getting a sew in with Melody was amazing. The hair felt thick and luxurious and her technique felt sturdy and secure! My hair lasted 8 weeks and I had no complaints. The second time around was an absolute mess. Aside from being wrongfully charged for hair and then given a handful of different reasons that were contradictory to eachother, my hair was down sloppily and the hair used is rather thin . I asked for a middle part and can't even style it due to technique and/or amount of hair, I bought and used three bundles (doesn't feel like three bundles at all). On top of that there are wide gaps in the netting I can stick two whole fingers through between the braid and netting, random strings sticking from the side of my hair, braids falling loose and poking out of the net and just overall extremely disappointed. I can barely style my hair without being afraid of it coming even more loose and not even being able to do the middle part. I'm nearly in tears when thinking about my hair because hair is a luxury and I work hard to treat myself to nice things. This feel like a complete waste and I will not be coming back. Less
