I am very disappointed with my experience with Brightview Glass Replacement.I hired this company to replace glass panes in my living room, dining room, and kitchen. The installation on August 29 appeared rushed and resulted in multiple issues, including a damaged baseboard, a poorly fitted kitchen pane (left side of the sliding window), and damage to the right-side kitchen window.During installation, parts of the right-side window were covered with green tape. I was told by Mike it was temporary to hold the glass in place. When I removed it a few days later, I discovered the handle had been broken and concealed with tape and silicone. Upon closer inspection, the damage was not limited to the handle — there were visible cracks, deformation, and extensive silicone along the frame. This was never disclosed, and the repair was messy and unprofessional.The payment process was also concerning. Although the total cost was agreed in advance, I was advised to pay in cash on the day of installation. I paid part of the balance in cash and was then asked to go to the bank to withdraw additional funds. I was followed to the bank so I could make a further payment, with the remaining balance paid later by e-transfer. Before making the payment, I confirmed I would receive an invoice for warranty purposes, but no invoice was ever provided.I reported the damage and requested an invoice in writing on September 4, but received no response. During cold weather, the same poorly fitted pane developed frost on the inside of the house, which did not occur with the original glass or other windows. I followed up again regarding both the invoice and warranty service for the poorly fitted pane and again received no reply. I also sent a formal follow-up email summarizing the payment and issues — this was also ignored.Overall, this experience showed a lack of transparency, poor workmanship, and no follow-up. A 5-year warranty was offered, but in my case it has not been honoured despite my multiple requests about warranty service.Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company.*my messages and email were sent to the contact info listed on this company’s website*

Just had a couple of windows replaced by Mike. He was punctual, professional and most of all honest.I reached out about a week and a half ago and he responded promptly on the weekend. Gave me my options and assured me he'd be able to come out and take a look to ensure the job was something that I would be happy with. He explained to me exactly what he'd do and the price he could do it for with no commitment.Day of install he came, at a later time due to my schedule and got the job done. The windows look amazing, very kind guy and honest. I appreciate that especially nowadays when service is seen more of a transaction instead of an interaction. Thanks Mike!

We had a broken window crank that a few other people had struggled to repair. Mike was able to get it done in a matter of minutes! Would definitely recommend working with him in the future.
