We hired 3rd Generation to help replace a flat roof / patio off of our house. The quote process was easy and they explained the plan clearly to us. When we had a concern about the drainage after the initial installation, they came out promptly, investigated, and made changes to address our concerns. They came in slightly above the quote, but in a way we were warned might happen due to possibly needing additional materials. Overall the cost was very reasonable and I was very happy with the service, and I would definitely work with them again! Less

Very professional service. Found them on Angi. Came to my house to give a free formal quote before doing anything. They took photos of the completed job and emailed them to me.
