The first one really did not want to do a simple repair. 3rd Generation treated this like it was the most important project of the day. Communication was excellent! Two things - one, they called me with updates and kept me posted on when they could do the work since a couple bad weather days caused a reschedule and two, they showed up when promised. The guys did a great job , they clean up after finishing my roof The young man Josh was terrific . in how he presented himself and also explained what will be done. We hired 3rd Generation to help replace a flat roof / patio off of our house. The quote process was easy and they explained the plan clearly to us. When we had a concern about the drainage after the initial installation, they came out promptly, investigated, and made changes to address our concerns. They came in slightly above the quote, but in a way we were warned might happen due to possibly needing additional materials. Overall the cost was very reasonable and I was very happy with the service, and I would definitely work with them again! Less
