Called 3rd Generation based on a recommendation from a co-worker. What an awesome experience. This was the 2nd company I had contacted. The first one really did not want to do a simple repair. 3rd Generation treated this like it was the most important project of the day. Communication was excellent! Two things - one, they called me with updates and kept me posted on when they could do the work since a couple bad weather days caused a reschedule and two, they showed up when promised.
