My wife and daughter have both trained here in the past and both loved it. As with any small specialty gym with personal attention it’s pricey enough to notice when paying bills. My girls both agreed they earn their money. Less

I started here after my doctor telling me I had to make a change. 6 months later I am down 40 pounds, 13% body fat and 5 inches in my waist. My doctor said all of my levels are in a great spot now. The program is great. It starts very simple, they teach you how to eat, what to eat, when to eat and how much. They hold you accountable for what you are eating. The group workouts are excellent. They also offer modifications for how to make them harder or easier depending on what you goals are. The coaches are amazing. They also regularly have special events to keep you engaged and motivated. I highly recommend checking this place out. Less
