The team at MTCF consistently delivers fantastic, varied sessions, maintaining quality training with focus and attention to detail. Each coach brings personality to their sessions, which helps to keep classes feeling fresh and exciting. The standard of coaching here is exceptional; time is taken to give personal instruction to individuals to help build technique and confidence, and workouts are scaled appropriately to ensure everyone is challenged. I have been at Market Town for a year now and it’s the best decision I have made. Everyone is so welcoming and I always leave the class happy and ready for the day. The coaches are all supportive and approachable and will adapt any workout to make sure everyone can do it. I would definitely recommend Market Town Crossfit. Less

I joined MarketTown Crossfit about 4 months ago. I can honestly say it is the best thing I could have done on my fitness journey. I’m already at 50 sessions! My problem now isn’t finding motivation to book a workout session, it’s making sure I take a recovery session 😂 I was a little nervous on my first visit but I really did not need to be. First impressions were that of a very welcoming environment. Coaches and Members were all so friendly and you quickly realise it’s very much a community engrained with a core of enjoyment and enthusiasm. And when you meet the Owners of the ‘Box’, in ‘CrossFit-land’ it’s not a ‘gym’ 😉, you’ll see that it must have been built-up with this culture from day one. They’re just so passionate about CrossFit. It doesn’t matter what level you’re at, every workout can be tailored to suit your ability, and/or any niggles or injuries you make be working with. Every Coach is simply amazing; so knowledgeable, so encouraging & fun (after all it should be fun), always providing feedback on your form as well as providing the motivation and instruction for you to improve. Each Workout (Class) is varied so you’ll never get bored. You’ll also learn all sorts of movements and skills from Core Lifting Techniques to Gymnastics Movements. It’s not just about the classes, the ‘box’ is also available for Open Gym (at certain times) for you to practice/improve your skills. They even have separate classes specifically tailored for Kids n Teens, which as a parent I thought was fantastic. My daughter (7) now looks forward to going every Sunday. She is learning form and getting fitter and stronger without even realising it… she just sees it as a fun Sunday morning. If you have even the slightest inclination to give CrossFit a try, I can honestly say, Just Do It. Give it a try. They even have free trials available (at time of review) and when you sign up, which you likely will, there are plenty of plan options to suit. I’m in my 40s and since joining already feeling fitter and healthier than I think I ever have! I personally think Exercise is the best natural ‘pick-me-up’ you can get and MarketTown CrossFit is just an amazing place to Exercise. Give It a Try - What have you got to lose? I cannot rate the coaches and the community highly enough. My confidence was quite low and I’ve never lifted weights before, but with the encourage of amazing coaches I’ve realised I can do more than l think and I love the classes. Don’t hesitate to join if you want a supportive place to reach your goals. Less

My 16 year old Stepdaughter and I joined Market Town about four months ago. Since then she has been developing the determination and self-discipline necessary to become a healthier, stronger and more confident young woman. As an ex-Personal Trainer with 9 years in the fitness industry and over 25 years working overseas, I have been a member of dozens of gyms. Lewis and his Team are, hands down, the best Coaches I’ve ever come across. They clearly care that all of us are making progress and scale the sessions accordingly. They look after you when you have an injury, provide motivation and technique advice and are a good laugh. My wife also joined recently and is loving it. Like me she is one of the more ‘mature’ members and has been made super-welcome. When the three of us have dinner now we find ourselves talking about Power Cleans and what the AMRAP might be this week. We then usually laugh our heads off about how ridiculously addictive it is, whilst recognising that it is changing our lives for the better. You will be made so welcome here, no matter your age or shape that you’re in, that you can just focus on becoming the best version of yourself. Highly recommend for all ages. Less
