The best decision I have made. I have been a member of commercial gyms and boxing gyms for years and years, but never have I felt so supported and part of such a fantastic community. I will go as far as saying MTCF has become my extended family. Whatever stage you are at in life, and on your fitness journey, you come in, and for the time you are here you forget the world exists, you eagerly learn the new language of cross fit, which is drop fed to you by the excellent coaches. MTCF members have each others back at all times, never do you complete a workout on your own in you own agony of thoughts and never do you get an opportunity to give up, everyone will be your shield of strength and support and cheer for you to get stronger, and better whatever your goals are. If you are looking for a soulless place to tick sport of the daily routine - this is not a place for you! But!!! If you want to grow as an individual and learn to love your body, its capabilities and push your limits as part of something bigger and better - you are one of us! ❤️ Less

I never thought that I will be able to do cross fit. A promotional offer came up on my instagram and I thought "why not? I'll try it" . I was scared that I won't be able to keep up as I haven't done sports for the last 2 years. However all trainers are very welcoming and they adjust the workout to your possibilities. Always encouraging and empowering. I only had a chance to have training sessions with these coaches - George is always very informative and knows what he is doing whilst explaining different type of excercisses. Sarah is a bomb of positivity and explosive energy and Ruby is very patient, attentive and always encouraging. Overall, all of them are fantastic coaches and I'm very glad that I decided to join this family. Love going to the training sessions regardless of how challenging they are. Highly recommend to everyone that doesn't have motivation to go to the gym but wants to be healthy and fit - cross fit is so much more fun and fast pace. Highly recommend! Less

Sarah is a great motivational coach She is super knowledgable and really enjoys pushing individuals to get the movements right and takes care of everyone in her class. She pushes you to lift heavier, get more reps and test your limits in a safe environment. She is always happy to offer extra help and leads the class with positive energy and a smile on her face. When you come to her classes you forget about your bad day and your in a zone to smash an awesome work out and learn new skills! Less

I’ve been a member of MTCF for approximately 3 years now, I remember my first session very vividly as I was absolutely petrified to join. I am so glad I persisted with my fear as I value my membership so much at this box now. When it comes to exercise I have always been a complete novice really and although I was a member at a conventional gym, before becoming a member I would see on social media the type of exercises that were involved and I never believed I would be capable of doing them. I am the fittest I have ever been and not only has this had a massive boost with my physique it’s transferred into benefitting my everyday life by having much higher energy levels and a positive outlook on life. I love how much variety there is within a workout and they can always be adapted to your ability. All of the coaches here are an absolute asset to the box, I still have a lot to learn but they are always very approachable and supportive, the commitment and dedication they give to each member is amazing and it’s all carried out within a great atmosphere. You join as a member of MTCF and become what feels like family. I have made some friends for life. If you are thinking about joining and reading this I can guarantee you it will be the best investment you ever do for yourself! ❤️ Less
