Sarah is a truly excellent coach. She has an amazing ability to recognise what I’m capable of, often beyond what I think my own limits are, and encourages me to push just the right amount. During workouts at Market Town CrossFit, she carefully watches my form and steps in to adjust my technique or suggest a slightly heavier weight when she sees I’m ready.She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always positive, creating an environment where I feel both challenged and supported. Her personal and motivating approach has made a real difference to my progress - helping me build confidence as I master new movements, increase my strength through steadily tougher exercises, and maintain consistency even on days when motivation is low. Training with Sarah feels like a balanced mix of encouragement and challenge that keeps me coming back and improving week after week.
