I have never worked with a business that is as organized and communicative as Incredible Windows! Georgi is a classy lady who loves what she does and is so good at it. You can't ask for a better shade specialist! Georgi was the 3rd business I called for a quote. I wanted to stop at the first quote, then the 2nd, but my husband said I had to have 3 quotes to make our decision. In a huff I went online and grabbed one of the first phone numbers that I came across. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. WOW! Bulls eye! With Georgi I wasn't just buying a product, she helped me choose the best options for my home and did not try to oversell me. I had no idea that so much went into choosing a shade and having it installed. Georgi walked me through the entire process with such thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She knew where, on our new windows, the shades could safely be placed so as not to void the warranty on our windows. She helped me think outside of the box with the options available to me for color of shade, color of shade valance, top down vs bottom up, not all shades needed to be the same color, and shades on windows with multiple panes could have different ways of being opened. Georgi was confident that with our new windows we would not need to purchase the thicker shades which would actually save us money. She was right! Our home has been so warm this winter! The best idea that Georgi shared with me was to automate our bathroom shade due having to lean way over or step into the tub to reach the window. THEN after the shades were installed there was an unexpected noise when the installer tested the automated shade. Immediately, he told me that it would be replaced. A few wks later, it was! I would never have known anything was wrong with the shade! Dawson, the installer and Juanita, Georgi and Dawson's assistant, were also fantastic to work with. Very efficient and always on time, if not a little early. The communication from all 3 left me no question as to what to expect or when to expect it. Georgi believes in her product and is proud to represent Hunter Douglas. This was a huge investment and Georgi was worth every penny and gave a fair price. This is truly a 5 star business. Less
