Best move I ever made! We switched our credit card processing to NPA about three years ago. It was the first time that a credit card company actually delivered on their promises. In fact, my bill was cut in half and the support is execellant. Several month back, they contacted me and offered to upgrade my phone service, provide new HD touch-screen phones and promised an ultra high quality connectoin - all while dropping my fees by 50%, let's just say I was concerned at first. As a Veterinarian operating a very busy 24-hour Emergency Animal Hospital, I know that our phones are critical to our operations. But, I was impressed with this group from the start and they have never let me down. So I gave them the go ahead. The service has all the bells and whistles and the phones are ultra hi-tech with large color touchsreens and the connection is clear as a bell. They even delivered on the cost savings. Tom came and explained everything about the system. Then he himself did most of the installation. The installation was a professional job from start to finish. Not only do my employees love this system, but also my customers. It is very quick and user friendly.

Great Experience! The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to even get us a router and create Wi-Fi for our office.
