Ryan is an amazing massage therapist. I’ve been seeing Ryan since late 2023, and I appreciate him endlessly for his work. He is a truly great listener; before every session, he always takes the time to ask if there is anything specific bothering me so he can tailor the massage. What sets Ryan apart is his intuition. He consistently finds and works on problem areas that I didn't even mention, and he is great about discussing them with me afterward. I wouldn’t see another massage therapist, just like I wouldn't see another hair stylist since I have my favorites. If you want a therapist who is both attentive and highly skilled, I cannot recommend Ryan enough!

Dr. Ashley (first name) is a thoughtful and thorough chiropractor who addresses symptoms in a comprehensive manner. I’ve been to many effective chiropractors and physical therapists over the years, and the combined treatments have worked well to deal with my various back and neck issues. However, Dr. Ashley is the first one that does adjustments, muscle manipulations/stretching and shows me helpful exercises. In other words, Dr. Ashley has been an awesome one-stop resource so I don’t have to guess whether I should go to a chiropractor or PT or massage therapist! I’m also appreciative that we’re not embarking on an endless set of treatments as after four 1/week visits, and with me feeling much better, we’re already starting to plan less and less treatments! I’ve been doing visits with Dr. Tracy for a couple weeks now. She’s very friendly and professional. During the visits, she’ll work through all the tight areas around the body, and suggests helpful at-home exercises and stretches. I appreciate her care, and recommend her to anyone looking for a chiropractor!

Working with Dr. Jess truly changed my life. I had been struggling with vestibular migraines for over 4 years. Despite countless visits to various specialists and extensive testing, they were not able to properly diagnose the problem or even get me any lasting relief. During our first appointment, Dr. Jess listened carefully as I explained the entire situation and she committed to helping me get relief and ideally get to the root cause of my symptoms. I've been treated by Dr. Jess for the last few years for my back and shoulder pain. She's helped immensely in my rehabilitation and recovery through the years as my conditions were stubborn. Whether it was posture issues, or injuries sustained during extracurricular activities, Dr. Jess's holistic approach of combining chiropractic treatment, applying custom at-home stretches/exercises, and partnering massage therapy, by far has done the most for my recovery and maintenance. I would surely be in worse condition were it not for the customized treatment plans. I highly recommend her as your go-to chiropractor!
