Dr. Tracy Yu and the entire team are amazing - high quality care/treatment and available when you need it. I always get scheduled quickly and leave every visit feeling better. This is hard to find, especially after only 20 minutes and you leave with a focused home program. I am someone who avoids spine adjustments and love that there are so many other treatments - ART is my favorite.

I’ve been seeing Ryan at SF custom for the past 4 months and it’s been nothing short of an intense physical and emotional transformation , for the better.I came to Ryan in almost a sense of desperation. At 17 I had spinal fusion going from my neck all the way down- and nearly 20 years later I had so much chronic pain that I could not sleep move or do the physical activities I used to love. I had almost given up hope as I’ve tried various PT, and acupuncture and other local massage parlors. Ryan has given me hope that I’ll be able to move and live pain free again.Ryan is a super knowledgeable, welcoming therapist who will meet you at your level in terms of therapy, body awareness/anatomy, and what to do outside of the session’s for recovery! I’m now even starting to understand met concepts that should be taught to the world such as fascia release, and how the kinetic chain makes everything connected including sources of pain.

Ryan is an amazing massage therapist. I’ve been seeing Ryan since late 2023, and I appreciate him endlessly for his work. He is a truly great listener; before every session, he always takes the time to ask if there is anything specific bothering me so he can tailor the massage. What sets Ryan apart is his intuition. He consistently finds and works on problem areas that I didn't even mention, and he is great about discussing them with me afterward. I wouldn’t see another massage therapist, just like I wouldn't see another hair stylist since I have my favorites. If you want a therapist who is both attentive and highly skilled, I cannot recommend Ryan enough!

Dr. Ashley (first name) is a thoughtful and thorough chiropractor who addresses symptoms in a comprehensive manner. I’ve been to many effective chiropractors and physical therapists over the years, and the combined treatments have worked well to deal with my various back and neck issues. However, Dr. Ashley is the first one that does adjustments, muscle manipulations/stretching and shows me helpful exercises. In other words, Dr. Ashley has been an awesome one-stop resource so I don’t have to guess whether I should go to a chiropractor or PT or massage therapist! I’m also appreciative that we’re not embarking on an endless set of treatments as after four 1/week visits, and with me feeling much better, we’re already starting to plan less and less treatments! I’ve been doing visits with Dr. Tracy for a couple weeks now. She’s very friendly and professional. During the visits, she’ll work through all the tight areas around the body, and suggests helpful at-home exercises and stretches. Working with Dr. Jess truly changed my life. I had been struggling with vestibular migraines for over 4 years. Despite countless visits to various specialists and extensive testing, they were not able to properly diagnose the problem or even get me any lasting relief. During our first appointment, Dr. Jess listened carefully as I explained the entire situation and she committed to helping me get relief and ideally get to the root cause of my symptoms.
