I went through 3 months of absolute painful hell and almost had to get neck surgery. I still have some tingling going to my fingertips, but it's nothing compared to the excruciating headaches I was having for months. Anyway, what's the lesson? A spinal specialist told me chiropractor care can offer effective relief for the lower and middle back, but the neck should never have the hard adjustments common in chiropractic care. Get an MRI first not just an X-ray! Also, I get random messages over a year after this episode asking for a review, so here it is. Less

OMG!!! THE best Chiropractor EVER!!! Very nice guy. He took his time and listened. My first visit I was at a 8 uncomfortable/pain level in my lower back. Within a week and a half I am now at a 3. I came to Aligning Wellness about a month ago. I was in need of serious help after I had a traumatic fall on my head and neck in my apartment one early January morning resulting in a severe concussion that has left me searching for the pieces of what once was and the reality of the now. If anyone has ever had a head injury, you probably already know what it's like...for those who haven't, I want to share a bit of my story. After my concussion, I was in so much pain--physically and emotionally from the trauma. After a family member referred me to Dr. Miller I knew I had to do something to help myself and that's really where my story begins. He and his whole staff have literally saved my life. They listen, understand, are compasionate, and are all about healing, helping, and recovery. After my GP turned his back on me I literally had no one who would actually listen to my symptoms, nor understand the intricacies of the brain and what it goes through after experiencing a concussion or any TBI. Dr. Miller took his time to fully grasp what I'm personally going through as I am still in the fight to navigate through this scary maze and put the puzzle pieces back together.
