Kyle, Sarah, Trevor and Hunter are amazing coaches with a wealth of knowledge. The individual coaching, support and encouragement along with the group class environment is helping my entire family do something we haven't been able to do on our own in our entire lifetime...get in shape! Great facilities with all the necessary equipment, and plenty of space for parking. Really good programming / coaching. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. I recommend and will go again when in town!

Trying to get back into it after a total knee replacement has been challenging, but Coach Hunter, like all of the coaches at CrossFit Shipwreck, was very supportive in giving me some options for the workout that were within my abilities. He carefully listened to what I could handle and suggested modifications that kept me moving without overdoing it.I appreciated how he checked on me throughout, making sure I was comfortable while still feeling challenged. The atmosphere at CrossFit Shipwreck is welcoming and encouraging, and I always feel so much support when I come here. The coaches’ attentiveness and willingness to personalize workouts make a big difference in my progress and confidence.

Amanda did a great job of checking with athletes for their scaling options and demonstrating movements. She was friendly, attentive, and encouraging. It was a very large class and she checked in with everyone as far as I could tell.
