I’ve been coming here over the past few months for multiple treatments (cleanings, a root canal, fillings, and now a permanent crown), and it’s been a consistently positive experience.Dr. Shen has been great to work with. She takes clear ownership of her work and focuses on making things last, not just quick fixes. She’s skilled with precision work, explains things well, and does what she can to make the experience comfortable. I also never felt judged, even coming in with a fair amount of work needed, which made a big difference.The clinic overall has also been very good, with friendly staff, clear financial outlines, no surprises, and flexible with appointments.Definitely a place I feel comfortable continuing care with.

I was pretty nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted but the staff were incredibly accommodating, offering many treatment plan options and dates to work around school. Dr. Gordon did an amazing job - no pain during the very quick procedure with next to no swelling or pain over the following days.

Dr. Gordon is the most amazing, caring and patient dentist we have had! My daughter has terrible anxiety and trauma from our previous dentist. Dr. Gordon and her team are always kind, caring and patient and my daughter has been able to have major dental work with full trust in Dr. Gordon. The hygenists are all amazing as well and cleanings are easy for all my kids. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly! We are so thankful for everyone at Maple Dental Health.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Joseph Ramos at Maple Dental Health. I’m usually not a big fan of going to the dentist, but he made the whole visit feel a lot more comfortable than I expected.I actually travel all the way from Kitchener to come to this clinic, which says a lot about the level of care they provide. Dr. Ramos takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants you to feel at ease.The clinic is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There was a bit of a delay during one of my visits, but they went out of their way to make it right and even gifted me a Starbucks gift card, which I thought was a really nice and thoughtful gesture.Overall, I’m really happy I found this place.
