I had a really great experience with Dr. Joseph Ramos at Maple Dental Health. I’m usually not a big fan of going to the dentist, but he made the whole visit feel a lot more comfortable than I expected.I actually travel all the way from Kitchener to come to this clinic, which says a lot about the level of care they provide. Dr. Ramos takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants you to feel at ease.The clinic is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There was a bit of a delay during one of my visits, but they went out of their way to make it right and even gifted me a Starbucks gift card, which I thought was a really nice and thoughtful gesture.Overall, I’m really happy I found this place. I highly recommend Dr. Ramos and the entire team at Maple Dental Health to anyone looking for a dentist who’s professional, kind, and truly cares about their patients.

I just visited Maple Dental and had an incredible experience with Dr. Gordon. She fixed my broken tooth so perfectly - I truly believe she has golden hands. The work was precise, gentle, and completely exceeded my expectations.I actually traveled all the way from downtown with my young son and my wife just to receive treatment here, and it was absolutely worth it. I have had the best teeth cleaning experience ever with Vivian here. She’s so nice, gentle and professional, gave me extra deep cleaning because I’m moving and don’t know when would be my next cleaning. She also helped clean my retainers, which I didn’t know dental clinic would do that for the past 5 years since I got them. After taking a look at my teeth, she found that I may have cavities so she scanned and showed me the pictures, then helped me talk to the front desk to schedule a thorough examination with the dentist. I should have come to this place earlier as my husband has been coming here and recommended me to come for the past 5 years, but I hesitated to change service provider before. No wonder this clinic received 4.9 with 500+ reviews as everyone here is so friendly. I hope to come back again.

Dr. Gordon and team did a wonderful job at my wisdom teeth extraction surgery. They were gentle, calm and explained everything thoroughly. They were very patient with my anxious and crazy self.I can't thank Maple Dental enough for seeing me on an emergency basis, even though they were fully booked. Dr. Shen and her associate went above and beyond — they even stayed late to make sure I was okay, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and dedication.Dr. Shen is truly amazing at what she does. She fixed me right up just in time for my vacation next week, and the whole experience was far better than I could have hoped for. One of my biggest fears when it comes to dental visits is the freezing — but with Dr. Shen, I didn’t even feel it. That alone says so much about her skill and gentle approach.The entire clinic is incredibly welcoming, approachable, and professional. I always feel taken care of and respected whenever I walk through the door. I developed real dental trauma after a very bad experience with a dentist in Canada. My front teeth were damaged while the dentist tried to replace an old filling that was still perfectly fine. He tried 3 times to fix them with a lot of pain, it was like torture! After that, I consulted two other dentists, but neither could promise a good result—only that they would “do their best.” That honestly made me lose my trust in dentists even more.I lived with my damaged front teeth for 1 year and 5 months, too afraid to let anyone touch them again.Everything changed when a close friend I truly trust recommended "Maple Dental Health". Even though I was living in Georgina and had to spend nearly 3 hours on buses to reach the clinic, I didn’t hesitate—and I’m so glad I didn’t.From the very first visit, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional.Dr. Jane Wu is simply amazing. She makes you feel safe, calm, and genuinely cared for—like you’re being treated by a family member, not just a dentist.At the beginning, I visited her 4–5 times for fillings on 9 teeth and one root canal. Every appointment was smooth, painless, and stress-free. She always made sure I was relaxed and comfortable.Today was the big day for my two front teeth.
