I signed up for the app but it wouldn't work to order and told me to go to the counter. the person at the counter said they couldn't help and I had to use the kiosk. They have one kiosk and a line to use it. If one person can't make up their mind that means no one else can order

I placed an order online and when I went there it was closed I try to call them and now answer yesterday and today they basically stole my money. I’ll like to have a refund but they don’t answer. I drove 45 minutes to get to this place. Don’t get me wrong the ice cream are delicious but I’m very disappointed with this experience.

I don't know what went wrong with the machine but I ordered milkshake and got ice cream. The ice cream itself was incredibly cold and tasty. But I didn't like that I had to wait 15 mins for my order with only three people present including me. Good taste, but wrong order. I will give this place 4 because it all comes down to taste.

Was a good experience

Came by the location on my birthday at 8:15 PM when they close at 9:00 PM, to try a milkshake. The doors were locked, with no sign on the door and no one would come to the door even with people sitting inside. Definitely not worth the time to try to come here if they can't even operate on normal business hours.

I've had a good experience in the past, but can't seem to actually visit the business anymore. They past few times I've gone, they've been closed more than 5 hours early for to staffing shortages. I had guests in from out of town excited to try this, only to waste a drive there.

Every time I come downtown they are closed. It’s Sunday and I just stopped in at 1:30 and they’re still not open. I love the ice cream, but I feel like a sucker coming down when their website says their open and they end up being closed.

Staff was extremely helpful when I had questions. I am often pretty indecisive and there were so many options here. It definitely took me a while to figure out what I wanted but loved the shake I tried. Alcohol shakes are delicious here. Will be back to try more.

My husband and I came here on a whim, based on the reviews, and are so glad we did! The two staff members were welcoming and friendly, and the ice cream was DELISH! The menu looks a little overwhelming, but the staff made great recommendations. It was so cool to be able to watch them make your ice cream too. Also, I recommend getting it buzzed!

The place was really busy for a Saturday afternoon, and the employees didn't seem very happy. Was told we could order on the app while we were waiting in line, but the online ordering didn't work. Seemed odd someone was just standing behind the counter watching the employees and not helping.

Buzzed Bull Creamery is the best place to get alcohol infused ice cream! I got the Honey Bourbon Pecan and it was perfect. The ice to liquor ratio was just enough to taste the alcohol but also enjoy the flavors of ice cream.

Not usually a fan of boozes in my ice cream but the liquid nitrogen system they use really makes it work.

Awesome place and such a cool concept! You can basically make whatever you want ice cream or sorbet wise and have them infuse it with your alcohol of choice! Entertaining to watch the liquid nitrogen process as it chills down the concoction. Good staff too. Quick and attentive and friendly.

The ice cream is a little pricey depending on what you get but it's definitely worth it. Tastes delicious & they have a great selection of alcohol to choose from. It's great to have something new in Cincinnati & makes a great date. Especially on a bike ride around the city.

Great service from the staff. The desserts were delicious and looked cool. I would definitely come back and try their other flavors. I had the Buzzed Bull with Jameson and my gf had the Red Leg. Both were great.

Ice Cream flavors are out of this world good. I would recommend getting a small or regular size unless you plan on sharing with someone else.

Alcoholic ice cream and shakes. I mean, do I even need to write anymore? I love this concept and they pull it off quite well. I could barely taste the orange flavored vodka in my orange creamsicle shake but I certainly felt it afterwards! It’s a lot of fun to watch the staff mixup a batch of ice cream in their kitchen-aids with a foggy spray of nitrogen while you wait.

Try the tiger stripe sorbet!

First time there and the ice cream was great. We did walk out of there buzzed lol.

Wish they had sorbet, but I don't mind a few stomach cramps lol
