He’s a mad man!!!!!!IolololI’ve gained a lot of weight over the years and let myself go… held back by work and distracted by life… I reached out for help. I chose mindset because of an ad on Facebook and what Daryl said… his focus was different and his type of training was what I was looking for…. This is not new, typical traditional gym with the air conditions in the free weights and TVs. This is a gym where you’re going to sweat the fat off, you’re going to be pushed to the limit and you’re going to come out feeling good on the other side.I have been going here approximately six weeks and I’ve already lost 2% body fat and 4 pounds consistently.

Absolutely the Best Gym and Trainer Experience!I can’t say enough great things about this gym and my trainer. After injuring my shoulder during a recent camping trip, I reached out to let my trainer know I wouldn’t be able to attend class. Instead of just saying “feel better,” he immediately invited me in to take a look at it.He assessed my shoulder in person, performed cupping, scraping, and some adjustments right then and there. On top of that, he showed me specific exercises to help kickstart my recovery. A few days later, he reassessed my progress and added a few more exercises to keep me moving forward—and now, I’m almost back to 100%!The level of care and attention I’ve received here is like nothing I’ve ever encountered before at any other gym. It’s clear they truly care about their clients’ well-being and are invested in their success and health.If you’re considering joining a gym or working with a trainer, look no further. Daryl and his staff are so great to work with. I recently started exercising again after major surgery, and not having done any working out in years. They have been very patient with me and modified my workouts to help me “knock off the rust”. Highly recommended!!
