This is not new, typical traditional gym with the air conditions in the free weights and TVs. This is a gym where you’re going to sweat the fat off, you’re going to be pushed to the limit and you’re going to come out feeling good on the other side.I have been going here approximately six weeks and I’ve already lost 2% body fat and 4 pounds consistently.

Absolutely the Best Gym and Trainer Experience!I can’t say enough great things about this gym and my trainer. After injuring my shoulder during a recent camping trip, I reached out to let my trainer know I wouldn’t be able to attend class. Instead of just saying “feel better,” he immediately invited me in to take a look at it.He assessed my shoulder in person, performed cupping, scraping, and some adjustments right then and there. On top of that, he showed me specific exercises to help kickstart my recovery. A few days later, he reassessed my progress and added a few more exercises to keep me moving forward—and now, I’m almost back to 100%!The level of care and attention I’ve received here is like nothing I’ve ever encountered before at any other gym. It’s clear they truly care about their clients’ well-being and are invested in their success and health.If you’re considering joining a gym or working with a trainer, look no further. I can't recommend this place enough! You can really tell that Daryl and his coaches love what they do and it shows with the attention they give to each person that comes to a class. The atmosphere is amazing, the sense of community is amazing and each work out, while challenging, also amazing! I've shopped around different gyms and no where else has what Mindset has for the price! I've only been there a month and I can already see and feel a change and it is all thanks to Mindset! I’ve been with the Mindset staff for nearly three years. It has changed my life. The accountability is what I needed, and I feel it here.It’s a hard workout for me (M60), but in_can_ do it with the youngsters. I just do it a little slower. Also, I have seen — and, importantly felt — the improvement in my strength and endurance.Don’t sell yourself short. I was completely deconditioned when I started. This facility hosted a Deka Strong. I met Daryl and his team for the first time. They were such wonderful hosts. Daryl took the time to walk me around and even gave me tips to improve my performance. I would definitely make the 2 hour drive whenever they host another Deka. To those who are local, you should check them out.

Uncommon Athlete is THE hidden treasure in Columbus. The attention to detail given to the workouts and the coaching is first class. Even during a group class, I always receive personal interaction from my coach - ensuring proper technique, answering questions, and encouraging me to work to the best of my abilities. In the past, I’ve done random workouts and gotten random results. Now at UA, I’m focused and slowly beginning to see the results I’ve always wanted. I recommend and encourage everyone to visit UA and try a class - you will be so glad you did!

Been working out here for about 8 months. I feel better, look better and fit better in my clothes. The personal attention you receive, even in a group settIng, is equal to having a personal trainer. Today, I visited Uncommon Athlete and worked out with my sister as a drop in.Trust me, their name says it all! I have never been to a training facility quiet like it. I was challenged and definitely taken out of my comfort zone. I loved that even though it was a group training class, the coach took the time to work with us individually to make sure our form was correct. It was a great experience!!!
