Ian is a wizard! I was told by several other businesses that my dents couldnt be repaired and I would need an entirely new hood which i had given up hope on and was just going to live with it, and then when I had a dent put in my trunk i started searching for a real expert and boy did I find one! If you’ve got a dent, you’ve got a problem and Ian with Appearance 1st Automotive is the solution! I thought for sure this damage was going to take days and cost me and arm and a leg, but Ian worked his magic in only a few hours and was also affordable.

I'm amazed at how fantastic the finished product looked after the repair. Ian repaired 2 dings in the parking of my work within about an hour and 1/2. LOVE IT and highly recommend!

Ian was prompt, professional yet very polite. He removed the baseball size dent from my vehicle and I couldn't be happier with his work. It is amazing how he can remove any trace of a dent...might I add that his price was very reasonable. He is the best! Thank you Ian!

This is the second time we have used the A1A service and are so glad we did. I recommend this company because they care about their work and will get back to you with a reasonable appointment. My husband drove the truck to work this evening so I didn't get a photo to post. There was a 3 + inch gash where someone in a parking lot slammed their door into our truck door. Also he took care of tree scratches my son did backing out of someone's yard that went from the front of the truck to the end. The cost was reasonable for the outcome and peace of mind.
