We used Units for a move that was about a 35 minute drive. The communication about drop-off was great. The container was placed exactly where we asked. When time to move, they were able to schedule the curb-to-curb quickly. We ran into some significant snow that pushed things back a day when it was time for them to pick up the empty container, but the communication continued to be top notch. I definitely recommend!

The entire experience was GREAT from the scheduling, via phone, text messages for quick communication, delivery of unit to old address, to the call recieved to verify new address when the driver (Chad) got turned to drop off container. I absolutely LOVED the tracking app to help direct Chad to his delivery location. Thanks again UNITS for helping us make a smooth moving transition!!

The pickup and drop off of the pod at both locations was smooth and hassle-free. They were able to get the pod into tight spots to make packing and unpacking so much easier. Plus they price match so you know you’re getting a great deal.
