I originally booked with a national company and missed the phone call for them for drop off on a Saturday. I called them back 17 mins later and they already cancelled my delivery and said I would get a call from them on Monday to reschedule. I had to have it by Sunday. I reached out to Units of South East Michigan Saturday and explained, they contacted their driver becasue they are closed on Sunday and was able to get me a unit delivered Sunday morning. They went over and beyond to get this done for me. I would recommend them. I had the unit for 30 days during some heavy rain and the unit was dry the whole time. Great experience overall with units. Arguably the best portable storage experience I have ever had. Needed the unit for short term storage in the driveway during a home project. Office worked to deliver during my desired timeframe, Steve (the delivery driver) was prompt, professional and thorough, and the pickup went just as smooth (they were busy during my desired pickup date so they rescheduled for a different day at no charge). The mechanism they have to move the box lets them get it in a far tighter spot than PODs and the actual box is one of the best built I’ve ever used (sat in the driveway during 2 inches of rain, no leaks!)
