The worst thing you can do for yourself is trust these people. I was told my case would only take 6 months but ended up taking 4 years; I had to continuously call them in order to get an update. After 4 long years of waiting, my case was denied simply because they never sent me the mail they got for me… even after I kept calling and checking; they said I had to wait but all along they had the mail. They send it to me 2 days before the deadline; after that they never got back to me. Cristina and Yolanda were my case workers. Immigrants like myself put their trust in them but all they really care about is the paycheck; once you’re done paying they forget about your case. They moved to a different address and yet the letter that was sent to me from immigration was still addressed to their Richmond office. Such a shame. Less
