Pulled in to CF Trivium in Brentwood halfway through a 15 hr road trip, somewhere between questioning my life choices and losing all feeling in my ass from sitting in the car that long. Figured a quick workout would either wake me up, or finish me off. If you’re driving through and your body is slowly turning into a car seat, this place is the perfect pit stop!

I was a member here for about 8 months and changed gyms due to moving. I have been a member at several CrossFit gyms and can confidently say this is a quality gym. The trainers are all great at what they do and are invested in the members. Programming is top notch, and the amenities of the gym are a great plus!Even after moving out of town and no longer being a member Nate went out of his way to help me with a reimbursement through one of my work programs. It probably took several hours total for him to get everything we needed (my company kept asking for more documentation) and Nate stayed positive with me the whole time. I’m very grateful for how everyone at CrossFit Trivium has treated me.

Crossfit Trivium is an excellent gym to be in! Good workouts that will make you feel amazing. Coaches that care about you, you feel safe with and also have helped you with eating the right way! Expect having a good workout and fun people to meet!

CrossFit Trivium is the place to workout!! The coaches focus on correct form, and encourage lifting properly. We lift heavy, but only as heavy as you need or feel comfortable with for that day. I started in 2019 with only a 15# training barbell and worked up from there! The people are super welcoming and the community is a kind, hospitable and fun one!

I love Josh Coach. He is great teaching coach and makes a correction every time. I wish I can give him 10 star. He is a very professional coach. My life is changed since I joined CrossFit. Thanks to my wife Sonia and Son to make it me join CrossFit .
