CrossFit Trivium is the place to workout!! The coaches focus on correct form, and encourage lifting properly. We lift heavy, but only as heavy as you need or feel comfortable with for that day. I started in 2019 with only a 15# training barbell and worked up from there! The people are super welcoming and the community is a kind, hospitable and fun one!

My wife and I have done many drop-ins and Real Change CF is top notch. The coaches and owner were super nice and genuine. We immediately felt the sense of community that CrossFit is so well known for. Next time we’re in Nashville, or passing through, we will definitely be dropping in!

I had the honor of briefly re-joining Real Change CrossFit while in town for the month after not working out for 5 years. I randomly dropped in and was immediately greeted by the coach who offered to let me join the class that was just starting. Needless to say, I started the next day and will be back to drop in every time I’m back in town. Real Change and real relationships. Real Change CrossFit truly holds to heart the definition of their name. It is a strong community/gym that also holds multiple variations of the word strong - physically, mentally, emotionally & relationally. They offer true change on all levels by providing challenging WODs that push you as an advanced athlete while also offering varying options for people of all different levels. I had the privilege of working out next to some top, competitive athletes. Despite the friendly competition, they also were attentive, encouraging & overwhelmingly supportive even when I couldn’t finish WODs, lift heavy, or do the more advanced movements as a beginner. The coaches are knowledgeable in supporting both amateurs like myself and those athletes training to compete. It’s a cozy spot but has plenty of great equipment so you don’t have to share if you don’t want to. I coincidentally joined during the 2023 Open and had the opportunity to come in for Friday Night Lights and met many other members from different class times. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming inviting, and everyone was cheering on each athlete to be their best. There are plenty of gyms you can find to go get physically stronger but this box offers the opportunity to get stronger body, mind and spirit. You really could feel the strength of their community and family atmosphere. I was so very sad to leave but I know when I’m back to visit I’ll be welcomed back with open arms. Thank you Real Change family for being such a special jumpstart back into my journey of CF. If you’re even curious about joining or trying it out - DO IT!! You won’t regret it and you’ll meet some amazing people along the way.

1100sq ft of awesomeness. While not the largest gym in Nashville, Real Change Crossfit is definitely a player when it comes to knowledgeable coaching, great community and dependable equipment. The staff at Real Change have dedicated themselves to making sure that they provide a safe, welcoming and challenging environment for individuals of all fitness levels! I dropped into Real Change over the holidays last year and had a great experience. I highly recommend you go! This box has tons of space, all the equipment and setups you would ever want. More importantly though, they have good people there. The coaches and other athletes immediately make you feel welcome and comfortable. James (owner/coach) helped me scale part of the WOD that day. He even stuck around after class to coach me on rope climbs, since we didn't have those at my regular Box. This is the perfect place to drop in. I'll definitely be back anytime I'm in town.

So delayed, but a year ago I dropped into Real Change a few times while I was in town, and I have nothing but good things to say about this gym! The owners, coaches, and members were all so welcoming and kind. The workouts were great and the classes were fun! On top of that, they offer open gym hours. While I love dropping into gyms while I'm traveling and attending their classes, I also have my own programming I'm supposed to be following. So being on the road and having the option to stay on track is so so appreciated. Thank you guys for being awesome and see you next time!
