Me and my boyfriend come here frequently, we would come at least once to twice a week. We came here on the 30th after church with his family to have lunch together. Unfortunately every time we have Nai as our server we know it's not going to be a good time. We've had her as our server at least 4 times and each time it's the same thing, she drops off our food and then is nowhere to be found.Suddenly when it's time to pay that's when she decides to come multiple times to kick us out.We've had to ask multiple servers to do her job since she never comes back. My boyfriend's dad got a bloody mary and specifically asked just for the drink, nothing extra like the fruit and decoration. Nai came back and did just the opposite, argued with him and said he never said that and I was shocked because she rolled her eyes at him. My boyfriend's mom's food came out hot on the outside but was ice cold in the middle. I'm highly disappointed in the way she treats us every time we come to enjoy time together.

Absolutely fantastic experience at El Rancho Nuevo in Mason! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were incredibly generous. Everything came out looking amazing and tasting even better. The margaritas were excellent, and the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and perfect for a family dinner or a night out with friends.The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. You can tell they take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience.If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food, great portions, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere, El Rancho Nuevo is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend — we’ll absolutely be back! 🌮🍹🇲🇽
