Mike Bradshaw is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional, and has an incredible eye for technique and form. He ensures you maintain proper form to prevent injuries and takes the time to show you the right way to do each movement.His HIIT classes are high-energy, motivational, and will push you to your limits. The music is always on point, keeping you hyped throughout the session. Mike makes every class fun while constantly challenging you to improve.I highly recommend Mike for personal training or HIIT classes!
