Absolutely LOVED working out here. Even though being here regularly no longer fits in my schedule, I will still 100% be coming to drop in classes whenever I can. The staff is so professional, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They are always offering corrections and assistance to make sure you get the best workout safely and effectively. Additionally, the crew that works out here is super encouraging and helpful. I am really going to miss coming every week :)

I had an exceptional experience at FINAO X and highly recommend it to anyone in the Atlanta area. The facility features world-class equipment that caters to all fitness levels, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The equipment is truly state-of-the-art — everything feels thoughtfully selected, meticulously maintained, and designed to support serious training.I was visiting for work and had the chance to spend some time here, and it immediately stood out. From the layout of the space to the quality of each machine, there’s a clear attention to detail that makes the entire experience feel elevated and intentional. I can’t wait to come back!

Finao is one of the cleanest free weight gyms I’ve ever been to! The equipment is high quality and I am comfortable doing floor exercises because they keep them clean/sanitized. It’s a smaller gym, which makes the group training feel more personalized. Preston leads a lot of the morning classes and he’s amazing! He keeps all the class accountable to our goals and tweaks the exercises as needed to tailor our needs.

I’ve been going to FINAO X since the end of January when I first moved here, and I’ve already seen so much growth in my strength. Preston is an amazing trainer , he really knows how to push you while still keeping you motivated and supported. The gym itself is also very clean and well kept ! Every workout challenges me in the best way. I would definitely recommend FINAO X to anyone looking to get stronger, tone up , and stay consistent with support in a group setting . 10/10! ⭐️
