John was very personable and after explaining the procedure, he and his crew performed a soft wash, roof cleaning process. The moss and algae were removed and the roof was thoroughly washed. My roof looks like new! I am happy with the 5 year guaranty and look forward to the added life to my roof.

North West Fresh Roof did a fabulous Roof Rejuvination for me in Rockin, CA. Got a new cement stone roof 8 years ago, but shady areas built up moss. John and his dog, Kaia, came out and the price was right! Scheduled within a week. Took about 4 hours and looks brand new. All debris was picked up. No complaints at all. I do recommend holding off on any window cleaning until after cleaning the roof.

They were great. In Lincoln CA . He was on time and work done WELL and timely. Fixed some minor flaws on roof and painted all vents so matched. The rejuvenation spray brought back color and life to existing roof. I have solar but with the spray did NOT have to remove, saving much money besides not reroofing . Soo glad used North West Fresh Roof

I had a very good experience with North West Fresh Roof. They used their magic sauce to coat my roof to extend the life of my current shingle roof. Very frictionless process. Too soon to judge effectiveness. Check back in a few years - lol

John, the owner was very easy to work with, on the day of our service, he and his worker showed up on time and ready to get to work. We had our roof rejuvenated with Fresh Roof treatment. Only time will tell it's effectiveness but it was the only treatment we checked out that game is a warranty without prorated coverage.

My spanish tile roof in Sun City now looks brand new thanks to the soft wash and treatment done by North West Fresh Roof to remove years of gunk. Such hard work and professionalism from start to finish, even has a 5 year warranty. They also found and replaced a couple broken tiles with no extra charge, and included power washing the driveway, front walkways, and even did the sidewalk. It's an investment, so I shopped around to make sure I found the best crew. Definitely very happy to have chosen North West Fresh Roof, well worth the money - thanks a bunch guys! :)
