This is the third chiropractor I have seen in the Columbus, Ohio area since January, 2020 after having the original Covid-19 and, being weak, I fell and smashed my left hip on a cement floor, resulting in a total hip replacement. I have been experiencing chronic pain in my neck and lower back for several months and decided to see if chiropractic treatment would be helpful after having tried physical therapy and exercise. The office is easy to find and is comfortable, clean and relaxing. Dr. Claggett took several X-rays and provided a tour of the facility. He went over each of the X-rays and explained what they revealed then recommended a treatment plan on my second visit. Dr. Claggett seemed to be very thorough and anticipated my questions. He attempted to send the information via email, but attachments must have been too large for my account. Within a week I was able to begin twice weekly visits for the adjustments recommended. The process only takes a few minutes, first Dr. Claggett uses a hand held device to scan the back of the neck and then involves a special piece of furniture that is used to enable the doctor to pinpoint adjustment area. This process is done in a comfortable room set up for multiple people to be treated quickly and efficiently. The knee/chest furniture looks more uncomfortable than it actually is, but so far I’ve been able to get in and out of it okay. After the adjustment is made, the doctor requests that you rest for 15 minutes in a comfortable darkened room. The area is clean and there are a few massage chairs available. Before leaving, the doctor will have you return to a chair in the treatment room and will perform another “after” scan to evaluate progress. Dr. Claggett and staff are very helpful and seem dedicated to finding the right solution for treatment. So far, I’ve seen improvement in my neck pain after about 3 weeks. Less

Exceptional work, I was feeling 100% better after just a few visits.
