The food is amazing, prepare to not be able to finish you meal as the food is very filling. I love the candian spin on ethnic foods they offer on the menu. The atmosphere is definitely better with the new location and easy to access for those who have accessibility issues as the doors of the restaurant open with a button and there are no stairs or issues with uneaven flooring. The staff of this restaurant are so kind and compassionate, to every customer and go beyond and above any expectations set for them. Whenever I am with friends at the restaurant many of the staff are happy to help explain what the diffrent menu options are, and aware of allergies within the food. They are some of the compassionate people I have met. The food is made fresh for each and every order, it is fast and delicious. Nice spot to stop for quick lunch while passing through Kamloops. Staff were friendly and food was delicious. To keep costs down, we just shared a large mixed meat (2 adults and a baby) and although we would have enjoyed more, it was enough to fuel the rest of our trip. We appreciated how baby friendly it was with a highchair with a tray, a change table in the bathroom, and our baby LOVED both the meats! We ordered 4 donairs for delivery. All 4 were wrong. The manager Sam said to get a refund from skip. Skip would not refund us. Bragged about this place to the in-laws, and they utterly failed with making the food and customer service. Told us to bring our half eaten donairs from Brock so they can remake them. It's pouring rain. Gonna call back on Monday and see if we can talk to someone who will live up to the 5 star rep we usually give. Less
