We dropped in while in town looking at colleges. Great class, great coach, great members. Everyone was very welcoming. Lots of space, equipment and really clean. Hope to be back next time we are in town.

Dropped into CrossFit Lifestyle while traveling for business. Great set up, nice and welcoming members, and knowledgeable coach. The coach was equally invested in coaching a drop in person which you don’t always find that kind of care.

I’m a strongman competitor and I called and spoke with who I think is the owner, he was super friendly and invited me in! Average day pass cost, awesome gym with most everything you’d need outside of strongman comp prep! I also saw him coaching the snatch to some of his students, and I’ve seen a lot of bad in the fitness industry but the students had a great grasp of the movement and the owner/coach had excellent cues and coaching points! This a gem of a CrossFit box and sad it’s not in my hometown!

I was traveling and needed to find a place for a drop in and found CrossFit Lifestyle. Contacted Scott, one of the owners and got it all set up. Just got done with a great class and loved every minute of it. Scott and Jaime was super nice and friendly. All the members I met were welcoming and kind. Excellent programming and coaching. If you’re local, check it out for membership. If your traveling, make sure to drop in.
