I recently established care here after not having my hearing checked since childhood. I was greeted and checked in promptly by a very friendly receptionist. Kim was very kind and took her time explaining everything throughout the testing experience. Dr. Hess was wonderful and talked me through the in depth testing and results in detail and advised on next steps. I look forward to my annual checkup with this audiologist and would recommend them!
