Dr. Rawls ( “please call me Kathy”) makes a clear effort to make her client comfortable without loosing her professional & experience/ knowledge in delivering upmost outcome. She LISTENS & coordinates all the medical information with the patient/ client experience. I also have to congratulate your working with your lovely Virginia who does a great job with communicating with clients, speaks clearly & understandably. I’d come by more often if you could fix the traffic.
