I brought my dog in. He was sick for days. Never listened to me. About his paws. My dog goes to the groomer on a regular basis. The horrible experience took a week and half to try to get him better. Owner was so rude and said”time is money”. It was the first time there. Most expensive place I’ve ever been. Over a hundred. Please find another place to take your pet. Please🙏🏻 Less

Some of the nicest people work here. I came in to get a coffee with my pup and the workers are some of the kindest people. If I did not have to move, I would use their services. 10/10 recommend. Less

I came across this place during a business trip and decided to take my dog along, hoping for a pleasant experience for both of us. However, I was sorely disappointed by the poor service we encountered. Upon arrival, the young woman at the back desk seemed disinterested and failed to greet us. When I approached her for assistance, she provided curt instructions for accessing the indoor dog park and casually mentioned an early shut down/cleaning time of 4:45 pm, despite the closing time of 5:30 pm. While I appreciated her honesty about the closing time, it felt like a premature dismissal. To make matters worse, she didn’t acknowledge my 15-year-old dachshund beagle mix, Oobie, as she briskly passed by. This lack of basic courtesy immediately set off alarm bells. When I asked my cousin, who accompanied me, if she felt comfortable staying with Oobie while I tended to my work commitments, she expressed discomfort, prompting us to leave the premises. It's disheartening that what was supposed to be a relaxing outing turned into a frustrating and unwelcoming experience. Less
