I can’t say enough great things about the staff and this gym as whole. The entire process from the initial introductions to my first session has been amazing! The gym is super clean and has a lot of great equipment. My trainer, Souhail is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and pushes me to do more and more. He’s a great motivator and supporter! I’ve never been comfortable at a gym but Forged Fitness is just different.The place has a great vibe and people are made to feel welcome. I can’t wait to continue my health journey at Forged Fitness l!
