My husband went to get his dentist appt done today and was treated poorly by Gretchen who lacks customer service skills and could use a different job. I get it you are the person responsible for payments but to be rude and unkind to people like they are not going to pay your business? Shame on her. She acts like she would lose commission if she did not get paid. Anyway, the story is, my husband called on Sept 28 @ 10:39AM, spoke to a female at the office for about 8 mins to set up a payment plan with them to ensure that he is paying his bills and our kids'. That said, he was advised that he did not owe any thing. We know we did but they insisted that it was a mistake on their part. So what do we do? Obviously not follow up anymore. Guess that is on us. Fast forward to today, when Gretchen was being the rudest person in this world talking down to my husband when he asked about the balances. She threatened to keep my husband in the office until he paid the balance of $1800. (Yeah Gretch, show your true colors over $1800). She insisted that my husband open up a CareCredit card to pay the balance to which my husband declined. Anyway, half of it was at least paid for they day and we will pay the rest at a later date. So if you're looking for someone that would demean you like you stole from them even if we did what we need to do, go to this place and have fun with Gretchen. KTHXBYE. Less

I've been to a few dentists before coming here and they are BY FAR the best! Every team member was kind and on point from check in to check out. They are also very thorough and explain things to you as well as give you time to ask questions. I highly recommend! 👌 Less

Love the dentists and techs, they are amazing people. BUT...their scheduling manager is horrible to deal with. Doesn't return phone calls, blows you off completely if you have or had Covid. Talks to you like you're a child. Very unprofessional to talk to. She is messing with people's health and I do not appreciate that. UPDATE: Still waiting for a phone call that never happened after our bout with Covid!! So I take it that since we had Covid in our home she didn't want us there any further. But yet...still waiting for a call back proving otherwise. Less

I visited Newark Dental associates because my OB recommended it, I was in an extreme amount of pain because I had a broken tooth and I needed to be seen as soon as possible. Dr Amanda and the staff here are incredible. Everyone was so kind, attentive, patient and friendly! They were in no way judgmental (which is something I truly fear about visiting a dentist). I will be staying with Newark Dental and recommending anyone who is looking for a Dentist! Less
