Hi, My name is Courtney Del-Cid. I am a high school junior who is continuing to further my lacrosse career playing Division 1 at the University of Pittsburgh. I also participate in numerous other sports, such as club soccer, track, and school field hockey. I frequently go to Riverchase Rehab and Wellness for weekly checkups on my back, as it can get messed up from shooting in lacrosse and other movements that involve my back. Since committing, I've noticed my back being incredibly sore due to the repetition I have had lately in shooting for lacrosse.
