I was greeted by the most wonderful front desk team that I’ve experienced at a dentistry. The first woman’s name was Samantha and the other woman’s name was Beth. They make everyone feel comfortable that I watched walk through the door and Were pleasantly funny and witty. There was a third woman as well, who was also very sweet and I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name. I was taken back by two of the best dental assistance I’ve ever worked with Their names were Abbey and Summer. We swapped stories about our significant others and kids and made me feel right at home. I was seen by Dr. M who is Nice enough to let us call him that as his name is hard to pronounce and even harder to spell. I don’t want to say he was the best dentist I’ve seen because my last dentist In Cincinnati Was one of my best friends fathers But Dr. M is a close second :-). All pleasantries aside, All of the staff explained what they had to do with great detail and even though I forgot most of it did a fabulous job explaining what had to be done. I love this practice! I had to leave my dentist in Raleigh cause the drive was just too long. I tried 2 other practices in my area and was not impressed. The dentist and the staff are so kind, patient and accommodating. My parents also go here and I know they love this practice as much as I do.

Patient beware. I came here from the other location (which is wonderful) and was told on my first visit that I had a cavity. I asked to see the cavity to which the dentist said “it’s hard to see on the X-ray” the dentist also tried to get me to have it filled that day. Everything seemed off. I went back to the other location and there is no cavity.

However, from my very first phone call to the office, to my consultation today, I was convinced that this office is exactly what we’ve been searching for. Everyone took the time to throughly explain the office procedures and practices, including insurance information, and made me feel truly welcomed too. I have slept with an oral appliance for over 10 years due to sleep apnea, therefore I was in need of a dentist who is trained in sleep apnea issues. And unfortunately the vast majority of dentists in this area are not. But that’s why I am head over heels to have found Dr. Klooster! From the minute that I met him I knew he was knowledgeable and competent, especially concerning sleep issues and oral appliances. I moved here 5 years ago worried that I wasn’t going to find a good dental office. Klooster Family Dentistry was the first place I found, local and affordable. Been going here couple years. Whole family goes now. Straight forward. Had a lot of work done and Dr. K is good with his novacaine. Had my wisdom teeth pulled and didn't feel a thing. Samantha and staff are great as well. Lots of ways to communicate, text and call. Appreciate them.

Dr Klooster and his staff are awesome! 😊. Dr Klooster really showed interest in me as a person I had never seen in a doctor before during my consultation. He carefully explained what the oral device his practice advised for patients like me have. He also explained things about the dangers of apnea I hadn't even heard from my neurologist. Tough visit today! My 13 year old son had to have his first real filling and he did not handle it well. The staff however, handled it wonderfully. They were communicative and quick. Nicole and Dr. K, thank you for taking such good care of my “baby” boy.

We have had the most awesome experience ever at the dentist office. Nichole did a fantastic job of answering all of our questions. Dr. Klooster was wonderful to work with. The front desk greeted you with a smile immediately and made you feel comfortable to be there. We were excited to pet Archie, Dr. Klooster’s dog. Totally excited to come back to this office.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I just found out that they can help with sleep apnea. I’m going to get a sleep study done. I probably wouldn’t have ever got it done but now that I know that they do it, it just seems easier. This is the best dentistry in the area! You guys earn five plus stars from me!

I’ve been going to Klooster family dentists since they took over the practice from Dr Wall in Holly Springs and I’ve had nothing but fabulous experiences. I’ve had 2 amazing dental hygienists and strangely enjoy going to the dentist now/ I love to catch up on their lives and everyone is so friendly and kind. Usually I only need relatively easy cleanings but recently I had to have a crown for a cracked tooth and I was nervous. The whole team was supportive, walked through the procedures and steps and expectations and really made me feel comfortable with the process. I just went and have had a little discomfort around the crown and they took my concerns seriously, investigated the cause and made the fix in the same appointment. I really appreciate that I can trust the team to listen to me, to do their best for my teeth, and make the whole experience pleasant:) Less
