Joining SWT has made a huge difference in my lifestyle. My day-to-day is so much better—better energy, strength, mood, and more.When I first joined, I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure how I’d acclimate to the gym world. In the past, my workout routine would start strong for a few months, I'd get in decent shape, then fall off. It was usually due to time constraints and lack of encouragement. But now, I’m going into my 8th month, committed to an average of three days a week, with some weeks even more. I'm excited to go every time. The members and coaches really make it happen. The environment and vibes are just that great!If you’re looking for the right gym, I highly recommend giving this one a try!
