Aside from offering three different shingle manufacturers and various colors, Conejo Roofing also offered a workmanship warranty plus a 30 year manufacturer warranty, plus the option to have the shingles hand nailed or nailgunned in. Moreover, Conejo Roofing never changed the quote even after waiting 60 days so I could sort out my insurance claim.Additionally, he installed automatic attic fans (wired, wireless, and solar), to help cool off my home in the summer and lower humidity in the attic.Overall, I am pleased with Conejo roofing. Conejo Roofing provided excellent craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Alejandro never attempted to nickel and dime me, much less upsell me like many others did.
