I’ve been having a hard time with my knee for the last year and a half and tried PT but nothing worked, so I started working with Edwin. I did the three months program and my knee is much better. I can finally run without pain and I’m just getting back to playing soccer. The exercises we did were great to help me With my knee pain and now I can do every day type of movements without worrying about any pain.

I am gonna be honest and say I was skeptical in working with Edwin not because of him of course but because everything I tried before just didn’t work out and tons of money down the drain. I was 6 months postpartum and desperate for some help and alleviation. I was having hip issues and had a hard time taking deep breathes. (Shallow breathing).Not only was Edwin so patient with me but he gave me some knowledge on how my body works and what it needed or was lacking. He worked carefully with me and made sure to check in on me. He truly really cares about his clients. And he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate.Do not hesitate to work with him. He will work with you and your schedule and he will be honest with you as far as what results you’ll get and what to expect. He gave me some exercises I will forever include in my life now.

If you are trouble with mobility, back pain, & problems balancing etc Elite Hooper Mvmt is perfect for getting you back in to form. When I first met Ed and started the program I was having back problems and also an issue with my mobility on the basketball court because I want to play forever. Week after week. month after month with consistency and a well thought out plan to execute I no longer experience back pain and I can move a lot more fluid now. I also use these tool exercises in my daily practices now as much as I can to continue to get better and better. I can’t post all the videos I have recorded here but I am definitely pleased with these results. I definitely recommend working with Edwin if you have been experiencing any unbearable aches, pain, and/or soreness within your body. I started working with Ed after going through ineffective physical therapy sessions for knee and achilles pains that did not provide the results I wanted. After one session of working with him and using the exercises he provides through his movement therapy program, I instantly felt relief in my pain areas. After working with him for a couple months and building/adding exercises through his program, I am primarily pain free after completing the physical activities I participate in to stay in shape.
