I recently remodeled my bathroom with Peach Closet, and it was largely a positive experience. Ana did a great job streamlining the initial process by presenting various walk-in shower floor options and outlining customizable features. She also helped us visualize our design with vanity options from Wayfair and other stores. However, I was disappointed that we didn’t receive the promised 3D model. Selecting floor tiles was frustrating; although Ana provided suggestions, I felt the company could have been more proactive in guiding us. The contract signing process was somewhat rigid, as they collected the first down payment and had a strict cancellation policy that couldn’t be extended despite our request. I believe the design phase should have been given more priority. Once our items arrived, the project ran smoothly. Hassan and his team were excellent, showing great attention to detail. Overall, I’m satisfied with the remodel and would recommend Peach Closet, but I suggest they improve communication and support during the selection and design phases, as well as offer a wider range of design options.
