Joining this gym was a really hard decision for me. I was hesitant, had very little confidence in myself, and honestly wasn’t sure I would fit in or be able to keep up. I’m so glad I took the chance.A special shout-out to Ben, the owner, who really helped get me through those early doubts. His encouragement, patience, and ability to make me feel comfortable gave me the confidence to keep showing up and realize I was capable of much more than I thought.I’ve gotten stronger, gained muscle, and actually look forward to working out. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly pay attention to each person. I have a few physical limitations, and they are always able to modify exercises so I can still challenge myself and get a great workout.Joining this gym was outside my comfort zone, but it has turned out to be one of the best things I’ve done for myself.

Ben is great coach, he knows how to push without being overly aggressive. The gym is clean and spacious. It’s not trendy or gimmicky; if you’re looking a place where you can put in the work and see real results this is the place.

I joined Sculpt fitness 8 months ago and have had a wonderful experience!! I have fitness goals I want to meet, but needed a push to get me started. Ben, the Owner, is knowledgeable and really cares about the well being of his Clients. He takes the time to listen to you, explain everything, and will curate a fitness plan to meet your goals.The gym is clean and the other trainers and Clients are kind and welcoming. I have already seen a change and have learned so much. From private lessons to group classes, they have so much to offer depending on your needs. I am grateful I found Sculpt Fitness and highly recommend this gym!!

Amazing gym!! Great equipment and the best trainers around. I’ve worked out in many semi private training sessions with Ben, the owner, as well as trainers, Alee, Justin, Brandon, Laura, and Carolyn. All of them are WONDERFUL, they take their time to teach you to lift and move in the right way, and push you to get your best workout in. Ben even took the time to meet with me to talk about my goals, etc. Lastly, Laura teaches an awesome yoga class on Sundays. Great variety of classes, including strength training classes, and box fit classes too!You won’t be disappointed with this gym!! 💪🏻

I’ve been going to Sculpt for 4 months and I love it! My coach Alee has been great:- she challenges me- she understands how I am approaching my weight loss and strength journey- and she is adapting her coaching accordingly- I’ve never walked away with strained muscles (sore yes but but never in the wrong places)As for the gym and programs. Private coaching is truly private - only has another 1:1 coaching combo once in 20+ sessions. Never felt judged or self-conscious. Never felt like a chore to be there and I’m now really enjoying it.Totally worth the investment in yourself!
