This is the final boss of CrossFit Gyms. I’ve been a member at a few different CrossFit gyms as well as dropped-in to several around the south east, and I haven’t seen anything even close. The gym is massive and they have all the equipment and amenities you could want. The programming is phenomenal, coaches are very knowledgeable and it has a great friendly culture. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Extremely good programming. Only gym I’ve been to with a decent running route. Programming is a great mix of heavy barbell, gymnastics and cardio. Enough, good equipment for everyone. Coaches are experienced. One of the few gyms that use a whiteboard. Competitive atmosphere.

Very nice facility. Not very welcoming. The instructor was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. The 10 other people in the class never spoke, and even when I tried to tell someone "good job" they ignored me. No community experience at all; I will not be back.
