I found Apt Gym in Renton while searching online for group workouts, and I’m so glad I did. It was the first one I came across, and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for at my fitness level. The coaches are fantastic, and the other members make it a welcoming and motivating environment.

APT is such a great space for workouts and community! The consistency of members in each class says so much about the high level of coaching. Programming for classes has been very enjoyable. It pushes athletic potential and challenges you in the right way- I haven't felt "at risk" of injury and cueing is there when needed but never overwhelming or over the top. I can't recommend this spot enough!
