I love coming to see Dr Chris, Dr Abby. Ruthie, Jamie, and Ayari every week. They are all so positive and great at customer service. The Drs are so knowledgeable. They really listen, and give great feedback. My pain level has decreased dramatically since getting weekly adjustments. They use an Activator, which makes it quick and painless. Highly recommend!!!

Love this place and all of the amazing people that make it is what it is. I came with surprise and debilitating pain as a very active and healthy thirty something - they supported me through the emotional part and got me in a better place in days. Since then I e seen my nervous system change in all ways and improved symptoms I didn’t even realize could be improved. Fully recommend these folks - this is not the traditional chiropractor you hear about - this is true focus on the nervous system and proactive health!

The care that my husband and I have received has been phenomenal! My husband has had significant improvement with lower back pain, and I have had big improvements to flexibility and endurance with standing for long periods of time. I highly recommend Ignite, especially if you have had spinal surgery, I have two rods in my back, and thought chiropractic care was out of the question! I gave Ignite Chiropractic two chances to do one simple thing: adjust my spine. Instead, I encountered a manipulative sales funnel masquerading as healthcare.First Visit: After spending an hour or so in traffic driving to their office and completing extensive intake paperwork and scans, I was stunned to walk away without a single adjustment. Instead, I was pressured into booking a “follow-up consultation.” That was red flag #1.Second Visit: No adjustment would be provided unless I committed to a $3,000 “treatment plan”—despite having insurance. Had they disclosed this bait-and-switch approach upfront, I never would have walked through their door.Arrogant & Impersonal: The founding owners exude condescension, treating patients like revenue streams rather than human beings. The practice runs like a high-pressure sales operation—impersonal, mechanical, and utterly devoid of genuine care.The “Adjustment”: When I finally received what they claimed was an adjustment, it involved a spring-loaded tool that resembled a miniature pogo stick. They tapped it on random areas, including my shoe and belt. It was gimmicky, ineffective, and bore no resemblance to the skilled, hands-on chiropractic care I’ve trusted for over 20 years in Chicago. Frankly, I doubt they could perform a proper manual adjustment if they tried.Save Yourself the Trouble: If you value transparent, patient-centered care, look elsewhere. Ignite Chiropractic is a predatory sales operation, not a healing practice. Zero stars if I could.

Love it here. Abby and Chris have taken such good care of me through my pregnancy and plan on continuing care through post partum. My pelvic instability has been really hard to manage through my second pregnancy and they were a huge help in relieving some of my discomfort - not to mention I feel like they are invested in me and truly care about me as a whole person, not just as a patient. Highly recommend.

Best chiropractic experience ever. They have me up, moving and pain free for many hours a day. When I started I was good for only 20/30 minutes before pain put me in a chair or bed. They are giving me a better quality of life, I know it will be better and better as I continue treatments. I believe the care they have given me has kept me mobile and enjoying life.

Ignite chiropractic has become a vital piece in my birth plan! I started going to Ignite around 30 weeks along because I was experiencing so much discomfort to the point that getting out of bed was painful. When walked out of my first appt I instantly called my husband in tears because how much relief I got with just my first visit and was so excited to tell him that I found the perfect fit and felt confident in the care plan we discussed to get me through my pregnancy and birth and then to continue care for me and my new baby after delivery. I’m currently 38 weeks and feeling great all because of the expertise of the DRs at Ignite. You will not be disappointed! Not to mention each staff member is incredibly kind and very welcoming each appt!

Although the price for my sessions seemed a bit to much at first, I came to realize that it was worth it. For starters they have a family friendly atmosphere (that's just nice plus), but for starters you will have your questions answered to the best of their abilities and then some. I was given a detailed explanation of what my the situation going on with my spine and what could potentially happen, but also what all can be done to help improve it in full detail. The instruments used to adjust your body are also very useful for getting hard adjust areas of your body. Each session was quick and painless and are able to talk about how your body is feeling during and after the session so that the doctors have a better understanding of how you're doing. Overall a place I highly recommend
