CrossFit can be intimidating, but CrossFit Reserve isn’t at all! Whether it’s a beginner or someone who has been doing CrossFit for years, everyone is so welcoming and the coaches will meet you at whatever level you are at. If you’re nervous to get started definitely check this place out because the coaches will work with you to find alternative movements to ensure you are getting a good workout with proper form and preventing injury. Everyone here is so encouraging and genuine both inside and outside of the gym. It’s truly a full community and not just another building with workout equipment.
