Chad was early to set up our Unicorn Castle bounce house for my daughter's 5th birthday party. He was kind, and efficient, and explained everything for us in terms of set up and how to help with take down. The next day, his team arrived to remove the deflated bouncy house and did not require anything on our end. The entire process from booking to after the event was seamless, and I will absolutely be using them again! Less

Liz and Anthony came while I was getting some last minute items. I left a map with my payment on the front door. I was back a few minutes after they started setting up the bounce house. Went great. Kids had a blast. Next day it was down and gone. Perfect. My yard has a lot of rocks. They were able to drive the stakes but mentioned in the future they can bring sand bags to hold it in place.
