We were really impressed with Todd’s plumbing. They gave an honest and fair quote (it beat a number of other companies) and they also had their own crane for solar hot water install so that also saved on cost. They included components in their installation that was an extra fee with other companies quotes also. The workmanship was very good and they were also neat and tidy and cleaned after their work as well, which is very rare these days but shows pride in their work. They communicated well and had a quick turnaround. When we had a small issue with the system (not due to the installation) they promptly sent a technician out and a repair was made. Todds Plumbing installed a hot water system to replace a leaking one. Installation went well however new system also leaked. After several communications Todd came and inspected the system and determined that the overflow drain was blocked and that was causing the leakage. One week later person arrived diverted overflow to another outlet and all fixed. Well done Tood and team. Less

Todd and his crew were very quick on the tools and 100% transparent and honest with pricing on parts and labor. They fixed our solar hot water on short notice and didn’t rip us off at all, very affordable! They originally installed the solar hot water unit and then came back 5+ years later to do a minor repair job, was such a great experience on both occasions…I definitely recommend Todd and the team :) Less
