I came here on good authority… from a woman, who is quick to call food “MESS”… she said Bones was the best ribs she EVer had!!!! I can’t ever start my diet while in Minot with this place here! Shoot! I wasn’t a fan of Bones when it first opened. Decided to give them another shot a few months back and have been very impressed. Been there three times this past year and every time it seems like the food is a little bit better than the time before. Had the ribs last time and they were amazing. Less

Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Food was top-notch. Portions are very generous. Smoked chicken was delightful, brisket was perfect, and pulled pork is excellent. First time going here and will be a must stop place whenever we're in Minot. Less

The food is sooooo good! I had the Pineapple bourbon chicken sandwich which was enough for me to cut in half and save for my lunch the next day plus I split the nacho waffle fries with my husband son which I could've eaten alone and been good 😊 the service was great , everything tasted amazing , everything came out correctly, and My son ordered their sweet tea (which since moving from the south it's been hard to find good sweet tea ) and this tea didn't disappoint. All I can say is PHENOMINAL! Chelsea our waitress was a absolute sweetheart, we've never been here before, and we asked for suggestions and she didn't disappoint :) Their sauces are amazing!!! We took 4 bottles home with us. Just can't say enough good things!!! Only down fall was the bloody mary/ceasar.... zero effort put into it at all..... mixer, vodka 2 olives 1 pickle, was actually pretty terrible, not even any effort put in to salting the rim as well as seriously light on the vodka. But even though the bar service was very weak, I still give them 5 stars across the board for the food and service minus the weak bar. Less
