From day one the best decision I made was when I walked through the doors a woman in my late 50s not a bit fit and was very worried what would meet me . The staff right away but me at ease and the whole environment is friendly and fun .Best of all in mirrors no phones 😃

I've just finished my 6 week Kickstart and I have to say I was a bit worried that I would not fit in but it was the best decision I've made the coaches are the nicest people and very knowledgeable the helped my every step I've also met a lot of lovely new people-members in the gym I've become a full member from just yesterday and I'm looking forward to the next 6 months + thanks again to everyone up in Evolutis John Hennessy

Ah fantastic gym. Fantastic PT. They really take care of you and bring the best out of in your own time. Yep some times you think they are not watching but boy the know how to push you to the limit you can achieve. Marta, Kasper, Dylan, Phil and our new lovely Gabby
