Very positive experience at this gym so far. Lots of coaching input and support. Scheduled classes and group training format all making it much easier to show up... consistently!

I have attended gyms over the years and lost interest because they were either too busy or I hadnt a clue what I should be doing . When a friend recommended Evolutis I was hesitant but from the minute I stepped foot inside the gym for my induction class I got a good feeling. I started with the 6 week kick start programme and it was amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and the trainers are fantastic tayloring each class to support everyones individual needs. As a 52 year old I thought my gym days were well and truly over but seeing the results I have already achieved over such a short space of time has given me the confidence to keep going and set new goals . Evolutis is in my opinion the best gym in the area for over 40's and I am excited to continue my journey knowing the trainers are with me every step of the way.
