Update 2/Response 1/26/26 - my reply to owner, Richie.- You did not “hold” a gun for 3.5 months, you had a gun I wanted on order, you offered to “hold” it but requested I pay it in full and also I purchased 3 other handguns the same day that were in stock. One you offered me a $25 discount which was actually not applied at checkout but I did not notice it until later and was not worried about it.- Associate helping me when I attempted to exchange the $25 part said he spoke with owner, Richie and said the policy was in stone and even after expressing that I would take my business elsewhere he made no attempts to resolve or get Richie the owner involved. Receipts state “no-return policy” not anything about exchange and this was 25 days after the purchase date so less than 30 days if it really matters.- If my business is truly appreciated and valued, I’m sure the owner, Richie could have contacted me (you have my info)- 1/1/26 was the date I picked up handgun that was paid for and was held until 1/1/26. Also the date I was looking to exchange the $25 part for a $50 part and was also looking at buying a $1100 gun (told associate)- 12/6/25 the date I purchased the $25 part which I had already purchased earlier in 2025 from this store for a gun that I also purchased at this store- 10/21/25 was the date I paid for a gun in full that this store did not have in stock but had one on orderUPDATED REVIEW 1/2026So I’ve been doing business with Green Monstah for a year now and as of today and this review I will probably find somewhere else to do business with. I see on my receipt they have a no-refund policy but I bought a part and wanted to exchange it for something else today but nope, told NO returns or exchanges period. It was a $25 part and I had already bought a similar part from them earlier for a handgun I also bought from them earlier and I’ve spent thousands over last 12 months, talk their shop up to others and this is how I’m treated, appreciated as a customer! The owner would not even come out and personally tell me or even talk through it and she had one of the counter people helping me tell me. Worst part is, she, the owner has exchanged parts for me before, more than 2 times that I can remember.Original Review: Excellent experience! I have been trying to find a gun store since moving to WV and well… I found it! Brandon and the team there won me over. I especially liked that most all accessories I had planned to buy to go with my new Glock they had in stock and installed it all while I wrapped up payment and paperwork. Highly recommend
