We had tried regular cleaning ourselves, but it never felt “fully reset,” especially with a team of people working long hours.On the day of the service, the cleaning crew arrived on time and did a quick walkthrough before starting. They pointed out a few problem areas we hadn’t even noticed, like buildup along window tracks and deeper staining in meeting room carpets. What stood out was how methodical they were—they didn’t just rush through visible surfaces but actually moved section by section, including under desks and behind furniture.The carpet shampooing was the biggest transformation. One section near the reception area had a stubborn spill stain that had been there for months. After treatment, it didn’t completely “vanish like magic,” but it was reduced to the point where you’d only notice it if you knew exactly where to look. More importantly, the entire carpet felt fresher and softer underfoot, and the office no longer had that faint “stale” smell it used to carry by the afternoon.By the time they finished, the desks were dust-free, glass partitions were streak-free, and even the air felt lighter—likely from removing all the embedded dust in the fabric and carpet. Update 2: Seeyon subsequently invoiced me and charged my credit card a fake charge of $281.37 for leaving a 1-star review and refusing to their offer to pay me off to remove my review. I filed a charge-back through my bank and won! This greatly affects their credit score as a business. 2 or 3 more of these and they'll be denied credit card service by Visa and MasterCard. Seeyon are a ruthless, unscrupulous and dishonest company who try to buy you off and then literally steal your money when you don't sell 5-star Google Reviews to them.Update: Changing from 2 stars to 1 star because Seeyon violated Google Reviews Terms by offering me money to remove this review!The supervisor at the location begged for a 5-star review immediately after I completed the transaction. When I refused, he even said he could type it for me.Now, after posting my original review, Seeyon contacted me offering a partial refund if I removed or altered the review. I consider this HIGHLY unethical and a violation of Google’s review policies. I am keeping my review as it reflects my honest experience and to ensure future customers are aware of this behaviour.Original review:I unfortunately cannot recommend this cleaning service, despite a few positives.Positives:- The price was cheap.- The cleaners were friendly and pleasant overall (though one of them became visibly impatient when we pointed out issues with the fridge).- They arrived exactly on time.- Communication for scheduling and ETA was clear.However, the problems outweighed the positives:1. They did NOT bring their own supplies.I was explicitly told they bring their own equipment and products. Instead, they arrived without even the basics—no broom, no proper detergents, and no garbage bags. They used up all of my garbage bags without asking.2. These were clearly not experienced cleaners.I had been told I would receive “experienced cleaners,” but these were amateurs. They needed guidance for very basic tasks, and several standard areas were missed entirely.3. The fridge “deep clean” (written explicitly in the contract) was not done properly.The bottom of the fridge still had black gunk. They insisted it couldn’t be removed, which is simply untrue—good detergents (even basic Mr. Clean) would have handled it easily. They also didn’t touch the top of the fridge until I pointed it out, and even then they did a very superficial job.4. Unethical pressure to give a 5-star Google Review.After the job, the supervisor tried to pressure me into leaving a 5-star review on the spot, even offering to “type it himself.” This is unacceptable and manipulative.Google Reviews protect consumers from poor service—trying to skew them defeats their entire purpose. You earn good reviews through professionalism, not by pressuring customers.5. The overall cleaning was average at best.Not terrible, not great. For example: baseboards were still dusty.6. They left all the garbage behind.They didn’t take any garbage with them, leaving multiple bags to clog both the garbage and recycling bins.They were friendly, punctual, and affordable, but the lack of basic supplies, the unfinished fridge, the amateur-level cleaning, and the unethical review pressure made this a disappointing experience. I would not use this service again.

They completely transformed my home for a very reasonable price. The inside of the fridge was heavily soiled, the bathroom needed serious attention, and there was a lot to tackle overall. I paid for deep cleaning and was surprised to see there was no dusting in my living room. Kitchen cupboard doors were not washed or walls. Noticeable dirt on walls not touched. It was not a professional deep clean that I paid extra for. I would not use or recommend their service again. I was not home when the work was done and trusted the work would be done.
