I did not find this company to be very professional.I booked a deep cleaning service, but they sent only one cleaner, and it was clear he was not an experienced professional. He even mentioned that he was not aware he had been assigned a deep clean.Throughout the cleaning, it became obvious that he lacked experience. He broke the shower knob but never told us. Instead, he put the broken knob back in place and left without saying anything. We only discovered the damage after we had paid and later tried to use the shower. The knob completely came off and could not be reattached because it had actually broken.The quality of the cleaning was also disappointing. The bathroom carpets were soaked, the floors were left excessively wet, and he even used my personal mop instead of the equipment that should have been provided by the company because mine worked better.Overall, this was the worst cleaning service experience I've had. The poor quality of the cleaning, the lack of professionalism, and especially the failure to disclose the damage to my property were completely unacceptable.
