Nancy and the team were excellent to work with. Nancy was always available to answer any of my questions and guide me through the process of renting a home.

Mariah is an AMAZING massage therapist, highly recommend. Meghan is my favourite esthetician ❤️ Great attention to detail, and very relaxing touch. She does Reiki too! Both Serena and Dyonesse make my hair look and feel so good :)

An amazing spa day at Urban Spa including a Signature Facial and Pedicure. Lynecho was attentive, informative as needed and so gentle during the facial, I almost drifted off to sleep. A great experience for my first visit!

My partner and I had a couples massage by Mariah and Stuart. The experience was truly remarkable. Both Mariah and Stuart demonstrated tremendous skill and expertise and made the experience exceptional. I highly recommended visiting the Urban Spa to pamper yourself! 🤩

I recently had my hair cut by Dej (Dyonesse Larmer), and am very satisfied with the result. She listened to what I asked for, and achieved the style I wanted (which hasn't happened often). I've received several compliments on my hair, and I even recommeded her to a friend, who has already booked an appointment. Looks like I have found my new hair stylest! Also, I expect to be returning to Urban Spa for some of their other services.

I love the urban spa! the staff are always incredibly friendly, the services are delivered professionally, and the loyalty program is amazing! Ally is an RMT at the spa and I've become a loyal patron. She's very skilled, educated, and offers me tools and strategies to use at home to decrease pain and tension. I've been a client at the spa for many years now (about 5 years) and each RMT is wonderful, however, Ally shines the brightest.
