Through a combination of in person visits and at home exercise routines, I have been working with Shiraj for the last 9 months and my once injured knee is stronger than the uninjured one. Shiraj offers first class, customized, hands on physical therapy that not only has allowed me to return to running and hiking (and hopefully to skiing this winter) but has made me stronger and fitter in general. I am a huge fan of Shiraj and highly recommend him! Less
Shiraj is a serious Physio and PT who truly knows what he is doing. Nice new facility is a plus. A strong recommend for people who are serious about addressing injury and getting in shape.
So thankful for Shiraj!! All of the sessions were so helpful and Shiraj’s expertise, knowledge, and tech were top of the line and exactly what I was looking for recovering from my recent skateboarding injury (fibula fracture/plate and screws). Shiraj was so helpful throughout the healing process/coming up with a game plan moving forward. Highly recommend!! Thank you again Shiraj 🤙🤙
Shiraj is a phenomenal PT professional. Great interpersonal skills and really just great to work with. My son (a QB) broke his elbow and had a screw put in - was supposed to be an 8-12 week return to throw protocol which would’ve meant that he’d miss the start of this Fall football season, let alone competitive play, and through Shiraj’s unbelievable efforts and expertise, my son made it back to competitive play in 7 1/2 weeks (in time for week 1). He was also instrumental in helping my son regain full strength during the course of the season. Shiraj was able to craft a reasonable but aggressive recovery plan to get my son back to action as soon as practicable, but all the while focused on making sure it was safe with long-term success in mind. Highly recommend Shiraj - he will always have your best interests in mind and we are forever indebted to him for his work with my son Less

It’s rare these days to find someone in healthcare that actually cares about his patients. O and one more thing, his facility is TOP NOTCH, has the best equipment money can buy. Thanks Shiraj, you’ve saved me more times than I can count! Less
I came to Shiraj in July 2020. I’d been athletic my whole life, playing soccer, baseball and tennis while growing up and then after college, getting into marathons and triathlons. I came to Shiraj in July 2020. I’d been athletic my whole life, playing soccer, baseball and tennis while growing up and then after college, getting into marathons and triathlons. My normal was to be to active — I didn’t know any other way. But in 2020, I find myself as a 40-year-old working mom of a 4-year-old. My body didn’t bounce back like they say, I was working more than ever, and finding time for the gym and long runs, bikes or swims just wasn’t a reality anymore. I hadn’t learned how to train for what my body needed now and because of that, had ended up 30 pounds heavier, cursed with injury after injury, and trying to do the same old thing to make the pain go away. But this time was different and I needed help. When I met Shiraj, I was battling a horrible case of quadriceps tendinitis in BOTH knees. Walking and going up stairs was extremely painful yet I was stubbornly still trying to run almost every other day. Most of those runs ended in tears or screams. We began with assessing my running gait and my overall lower body strength. To say that I had weak glutes and hip flexors is an understatement. I had a major deficit, which was affecting my running in the worst way, putting all of the impact on my knees and lower back. No wonder why I was in pain all of the time. I remember Shiraj prepping me for my road to recovery by saying, "this won't be fast or easy and it's going to take a lot of work." He also told me that we were going to approach my healing in a way unlike before. No stretching, no icing, no resting. We were going to run at it from purely strength perspective. I would be doing deadlifts, squats, hip thrusts, and many other exercises aimed to build strength in the places I needed most. He also introduced many exercises using resistance bands, which I still do daily. To say I fell in love with lifting weights is a massive understatement. My strength improved session after session and I felt not only a physical change but a mental and emotional one as well. Shiraj helped break down all of the misconceptions I'd been taught about strength training my entire life. "Weights make women big and bulky." "Lifting weight will make you gain weight." Everything I knew was incorrect -- and my mind was blown. Cut to six months later and my strength levels had increased to where they needed to be and we re-introduced running. With the added strength and change in my overall posture, my running gait had become completely different. I was more upright. I was pushing off better with my calves. The impact was properly distributed rather than my knees taking the brunt of the force. With consistent training over the next year, I became faster than ever before -- breaking my PR for 1600M and for a 5K. I could run a sub-8:00/mile when before I was lucky to break 10:00/mile. I also lost those 30 pounds and changed the composition of my body with Shiraj's continued coaching. At 43-years-old, I'm more fit than I've ever been and most importantly, more physically capable of anything that comes my way. Being active with daughter, carrying in the groceries, simply feeling better in my own skin, you name it, and it has improved. I'm so thankful for having Shiraj. He changed my life for the better and I now count him as one of the people who will help me stay active and pain-free for many years to come. Less

Shiraj is the 4th PT I have worked with and I have been seeing him religiously every week for a year. He spends the entire session with you, not passing you off to an aide. He listens carefully to your goals and targets sessions to meet your needs and personal motivation. Shiraj has taught me how to have autonomy over the process, relearn to use my muscles, and to help me understand the “why” in everything we do, which I can then apply when I workout by myself. Our sessions are always fun and while we are targeting specific goals, he makes sure to incorporate the challenge I enjoy in a workout. I just turned 40 feeling stronger and more capable athletically than I ever have and I have Shiraj to credit. Less
Shiraj is extremely knowledgable, receptive to questions, and able to provide clear answers from physiological standpoint while giving a precise plan & timetable for recovery. Due to my work as a touring musician, I've been dealing with chronic tendonitis - Shiraj has been instrumental in my healing process and has given me a strong foundation to avoid future injury.
Shiraz is an incredibly smart, kind physical therapist. When I first started working with him, I had a very difficult time managing pain when it presented. Through working with Shiraz, I now have less pain overall, and a quality of life that has improved immeasurably. Thank you Shiraz, your amazing expertise is very much appreciated!!
I took my daughter to Shiraj with a soccer injury. He is not only helping her with that injury but is incorporating a whole program to help with injury prevention, strength, speed and fitness. Shiraj is so attentive and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond, even sending emails to check on her after games, his follow up is impeccable! I would highly recommend Shiraj, he’s the best!
Shiraj has been my mentor and a role model for the past few years. After tearing my ACL and meniscus in 2018, I was able to fully recover in a set timetable that was given to me as well as gaining a valuable role model in my fitness goals. I am eternally grateful for Shiraj for not only the rehab and help with my injury but the advice and experience he has given me. I highly highly recommend
