The small group training here is great. The classes do challenge you but they are lots of fun. The team of Chris, Brad and Steph are fantastic - really friendly and supportive and will help you get the most out of your sessions. They've created a very relaxed and inclusive atmosphere and the membership is a great bunch of people and very diverse. I'm in my 50s and had never previously set foot in a gym, but I have been going for nearly three years now and it is a key part of my schedule. I've really felt the benefits in terms of my strength, fitness and flexibility. Less

I look forward to every and each workout class! Very knowledgeable coaches, exercises are challenging and fun. Noticeable changes in a few months.
