My initial inquiry was quickly followed up with a personal phone call. No computer-generated or outsourced representative contacted me it was the company's owner. During the concise discussion, I felt comfortable scheduling an in-home visit. Despite the 2 1/2-hour drive from Spokane Emmanuel arrived in a few days to inspect the site. In addition to my house gutters, there was a challenging issue with my deck gutters. Emmanuel studied it and said he would have to figure out how to fix that issue. There was no high-pressure selling, just a straightforward discussion on how to proceed. None of the other companies I contacted wanted anything to do with my deck gutters, but Emmanuel accepted the challenge in Marine Corps fashion. Within days the crew drove the 2 1/2 hours from Spokane to the Tri-Cities and went right to work. In a matter of hours, they had completed the work including the deck gutters. Emmanuel personally took charge of the deck issue with the promise that if this solution did not work, he would fix it. Since the installation, we have not had any storms to test the product. If there are issues, I am confident they will be fixed in a timely fashion. Less

The crew was great to work with. Emmanuel , the owner, was very involved and made sure everything was done well. The installer came out to color match in the morning, they were done that evening. It is such a good match, it is almost invisible. The down spout is a wider funnel and it can handle all the run off. The 6inch gutter was 100% the way to go. My roof was leaking from a previous gutter install two years ago by another company that trapped snow on the roof. These guys came in and redesigned the gutter, took down the old & put up the new one. Then even better they installed larger elbow joints. And are going to put folding drains on the bottom so I don't hit them with the lawn mower. On top of this they cleaned the gutters. This was done in less than a day in preparation for the roof repair. Really, it pays to have folks know what they're doing. The new gutter looks great. Less
