This is the best CrossFit gym I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of. The depth of functional knowledge in the coaching pool goes above and beyond what I’ve seen anywhere else. The coaches are incredibly attentive and skilled at ensuring safety while pushing you to do better. Fantastic facility, incredible group of people, cannot recommend enough!

Today was my first class at CF Lake Travis and I enjoyed it so much. I was initially super nervous because it’s been nearly 10 years since I’ve stepped into a box. I felt so welcome and was put at ease right away. Karli was warm and supportive and I so appreciated her keeping a close eye on me. I’m so glad I found you guys and can’t wait to come back!
