Then we saw Event Hawk, read their reviews and recommendations, and decided we would give it one more shot, so we signed up for Event Hawk. I don't know how they are doing it but we are already getting 4 times as many customers through our website. We are no longer getting missed opportunities becasue we didn't respond to messenger within 30 seconds, Event Hawk programs initiates automated text and pop ups to the customer as soon as the visit the site. Even if the customers are just visiting the site for comparisons and they didn't choose to auto-book instantly they are sent a follow up text and they almost always book a rental at that point. We work our tails off to have clean, sanitized, nice looking units but the best part of Event Hawk is now we are rarely being asked to discount our brand new units with social media negotiators looking for a cheap rental. You can set templates for standard replies and offers great customer interaction all from the mobile app. When it gets even cooler is when you look at the desktop version, which I am yet to fully discover. Automatically send sms to customers asking them to leave a review after the event, view your booking conversion rates and probably loads more that I don’t even know about yet. Tariq and the team linked it all up to my BCN site flawlessly. Within 24 hours of joining I could see the uplift in bookings.
