Creates a productive channel of communication between business and clients. CONS: “check for coupons” isn’t universal marketing. Graphics very generic and not great quality PAID ADS: 0 stars PROS: n/a CONS: we experience an EXTREME decrease in traffic and revenue by using this service. When we gave 2 week notice to cancel, they immediately discontinued the service. Giving us no time to transition to a new company and left us scrambling to recreate our own ads. Even by doing our own ads for the 2 weeks period we saw an increase in bookings within 24 hours. I’m not sure why or how anyone uses this service. WEBSITE: 3 stars PROS: software saves tons of man hours in tracking inventory, delivery planning, etc… CONS: templates are so bad. Have had multiple issues with backend over last 4 or so months. Customers reaching out every week that they cannot quote or book online. No customer support or service. Customization is costly I’ve refrained from all of the negativity shared on forums about their service because EH was a huge tool and resource. I am now seeing and experiencing the headache this can be. We booked their services to aid our business, and it is very frustrating to have automatic texts responses to every real problem. We are no longer getting missed opportunities becasue we didn't respond to messenger within 30 seconds, Event Hawk programs initiates automated text and pop ups to the customer as soon as the visit the site. Even if the customers are just visiting the site for comparisons and they didn't choose to auto-book instantly they are sent a follow up text and they almost always book a rental at that point. We work our tails off to have clean, sanitized, nice looking units but the best part of Event Hawk is now we are rarely being asked to discount our brand new units with social media negotiators looking for a cheap rental. I didn’t really know much about Event Hawk before joining. I had seen some positive posts about them on Facebook mainly from the USA so I thought I would give it a go…. and I am so glad I did. In a nutshell the pop up they install on your site tempts customers to enter their details to view some deals, but that is just the start. It automatically send the customers an email and sms if they don’t book, but it gives the impression the messages are coming from you. It jogs their memory and perhaps reminds them to book, or prompts them to ask any questions they may have. You can set templates for standard replies and offers great customer interaction all from the mobile app. When it gets even cooler is when you look at the desktop version, which I am yet to fully discover. Automatically send sms to customers asking them to leave a review after the event, view your booking conversion rates and probably loads more that I don’t even know about yet. Tariq and the team linked it all up to my BCN site flawlessly. Within 24 hours of joining I could see the uplift in bookings. If you are already getting traffic, it will mean more of that traffic will book. I know, because I have been signed up less than a month and I’m already reaping the rewards! Thanks guys! Less
